The Main Beach Pavilion was completely renovated in 2012 on behalf of the Southport Surf Life Saving Club.  

This dilapidated heritage asset was completely, and respectfully restored as a kiosk, bathing pavilion and meeting room. The heritage complexities were addressed with the assistance of expert advice from Andrew Ladlay Architect.
