Completed in 2012, the Clynder Terraces are six high quality terrace houses constructed in the Character Precinct of the Brisbane suburb of St Lucia.

The project was an intricately detailed Queensland take on the classic Sydney terrace house and subtly blends traditional and contemporary elements.

Each home was designed for contemporary living over three storeys.  Each town home included three bedrooms, three bathrooms, lofts and spacious courtyards with individual pedestrian access from the street.
