The Kipling Five project sought to create spacious vertical residential living on compact foot-prints. 

This project consisted of the development of six, three storey, two bedroom three bathroom townhouses with city views in the inner Brisbane suburb of Moorooka.  This property is located high on Moorooka hill and townhouses capture breezes and enjoy a spectacular outlook to Mount Cootha and the Brisbane CBD.
