Helensvale Masterplan
Project Leaders have worked with Club Helensvale over a 12 year period to continually upgrade and renovate the Club’s facilities.
Following 3 consecutive years as “Best Bowls Club in Queensland” Club Helensvale was given “Hall of Fame” status. Stage 3 of these works included $2.4M worth of major upgrades and extensions to the Clubhouse. The project included the construction of a new island bar, café, lounge and outdoor dining areas overlooking the Club’s greens and renovations to the gaming room.
