Hansen Lane is located in the leafy Brisbane suburb of Moorooka. The project consists of 8 three storey townhouses with individual entries and separate identities. The building achieves a successful low-medium density outcome with low site cover and deep planting.

The project is closely linked to the Moorooka town centre. The building has two street frontages with direct access from the back gate to the high street of Moorooka village.  A three meter cantilevered slab gives the building a striking presence.
