Brasted Mews
Brasted Mews involved the restoration of a 1950’s art deco house in Taringa and the construction of three new, three-storey townhouses behind.
The project was complicated by a compact site and overland flow parameters. The townhouses sit low on the site such that the art deco home to the front presents in its full form to the street.
This project was a highly successful in-fill development that retained an existing house, preserved the streetscape and increased density with the townhouses to the rear of the site.
